My all time favorite movie! Caused me to fall in love with Nicolas Cage. He plays Randy, a punk rocker from Hollywood. Debby Foreman is brilliant as Julie, the Valley Girl he falls in love with. Their fight to be together, despite the disapproval of her shallow friends, makes this a great romance.
