Wants to be as good as The Fugitive, even has potentially just as good of a crash scene as in the Fugitive, but this just doesn't get the job done. It's boring and rehashed. It's like if you took The Fugitive, rooted for Tommy Lee Jones' "Every Henhouse, Outhouse, Doghouse" line and threw in one plot twist.
Sadly Wesley Snipes does nothing to save this. Wonder why it's in the favorites section of my local video store.
