Review of Us (2019) by Greyking — 25 Mar 2019
Despite some troublesome plot holes, this was a pretty solid movie. I do agree that it suffers a little because it's choosing to make a political statement. A slightly different choice around the origins of the movie main villains would be all that I needed. However, my origin story would undercut the moral of this tale.
This is a thinking person's horror movie on par with the extremely underrated but still haunting "Event Horizon.
