Review of Up the Yangtze (2007) by Niklas S — 07 Jul 2009
The core of this film lies in the family that might get swiped away in the man made flood that is coming over the Yangtze river. Sometimes however the director decides to show us some aspects of the story that franky is of no use.
The story will still movie you and some of the camera work reminds me of Werner Herzog's documentaries. Very nicely done.
