On a whole, this movie doesn't have anything to connect me with, humorously or emotionally. Yet, the movie benefits from effective cinematography, a smart & honest script, slick editing, a rapid pace, good acting, Clooney's smooth narration & his engagingly original, lovable (or enjoyably unlikable) character, which is thanks both to his acting and how the character's written to be nobodies friend.
