You know, for a direct-to-video, low budget, synthesizer-scored, Bulgarian-filmed sequel to a 90s B-movie (number five in the series, if you can believe that)... this actually wasn't bad! Jean-Claud looks pretty rough, but Dolph is clearly having a good time.
A solid three stars for effort and some excellent fight scenes!
