The Universal Soldier Regeneration wow sequel to a great interesting first movie and a second so so. This movie could been any different title,cause all the story is about who wants to be in more control.

It is like a war where two main guys sit on top, send out millions of people against each other, lots of people die the two people on the top laugh and say there is another day and a next time. The same story is shown over here in this movie on a small scale but same point, the story makes sense somehow but this movie is not worth watching again.
