Review of Two-Lane Blacktop (1971) by Kenneth S — 23 Mar 2009
A simplistic cult classic about two guys and a girl in a souped-up 1955 Chevy who race across country against a man in a 1970 G.T.O. The performances may not be the best, but they make the film what it is.
While the story is pretty simple, there were some points where I was a bit confused as to the details of a situation, but I didn't let it bother me. The film, while being a road movie, may be a bit slow for some tastes, but that's what I loved about it.
