As the tagline of this movie goes "When you learn how to die, you learn how to live". True to his words, Morrie teaches Mitch and the audience rules on living. We must not rush things and take every day for granted.
Like how the college football player thought his life was over the moment he got caught from drinking, taking drugs, and driving - he is in perfect health and has a whole life in front of him. It is such a touching film, and things pieced together with the help of Morrie.
Both actors did a great job on portraying their characters.
