Review of Tsotsi (2005) by Karim A — 25 Nov 2009
I love this film. it's beautiful to look at, and after all the bad things that happen because of the uneducated violence. Humanity comes through. Too bad this wasn't real life. But it gives one hope that decency can survive.
I can't believe this director got saddled with Wolverine, and wasn't able to pull it off. If he can make another film like this, he will be redeemed. Maybe he got lucky because of the story, I don't know.
