Review of True Romance (1993) by Rob J — 26 Feb 2012
This might be one of Tony Scott's better movies but it hasn't aged well, partly due to the overreliance on a juvenile Tarantino script. There are some great performances here, but they come from the bit-part players: the Walken/Hopper scene is still great; Pitt, Oldman and Gandolfini all perform well.
Slater and Arquette do less well.
