Review of Trouble the Water (2008) by Charlene W — 14 Oct 2009
Once you take the journey with Kimberly & Scott Roberts, you won't forget it. Works perfectly hand in hand with Spike Lee's 'When The Levee Broke' as a locals view of what happened literally as Katrina hit and it's aftermath, compared to the 'big picture' view of Lee's film.
This film hits it's mark very very well. When Black Kold Medina sings 'Amazing' you feel NOLA in every word. Great film.
