This is not a glamorous cop and gang story and is definitely not for the faint hearted (I would know because I happen to be one and was terrified most of the time. It's more of a thriller and had good quirks to it but the visual design such as costume, music and set gave it an outdated look.

A good soundtrack would have added a nice texture. An extra layer of plot twist would have overcome design shortages but this lacked also. Basically if you like cop films then this is for you but if not don't expect to get terribly excited.
