Your run-of-the-mill good cop/bad cop (mostly bad cop) modern crime flick that never really reaches that gritty effective level even with some pretty heavy names dropped in the mix to help it along (Chiwetel Ejiofor, Casey Affleck, Woody Harrelson & Kate Winslet - just to name a few).
