For a movie with a cast like this, Trip-9 was a pretty big disappointment. The movie felt rushed, because the script was inconsistent, like the actors were not familiar with their roles. The film felt like it hadn't decided on an identity.
Woody and Kate Winslet had the most abysmal performances, and only the ever-consistent Anthony Mackie actually felt like he knew what he was going for. Acting aside, the plot was riddled with logical holes, and the film never explains well what's even at stake.
