I finally got to see this film and I loved it. Very Bhutanese and simplistic, but these charectoristics actually add to the film. Directed by Dzongsar Khyentse Norbu, who actually had a film made about him not too long ago.
It's called "Words of My Perfect Teacher" and it is fantastic.
