Review of Towelhead (2008) by Tuukka P — 11 Aug 2009
Young Arab-American girl has a sexual awakening while living with her strickt traditionalist father. Ball continues on the same themes as he did in American Beauty and Six Feet Under-series but this one goes a little too far my liking.
Having a 13-yearl-old as a protagonist causes some level of dicomfort (even though this is propably reality to some girls of that age). Brave roles from Summer Bishil and Aaron Eckhart. Must be watched with an open mind.
