Review of Touch of Evil (1958) by Marino S — 13 Apr 2009
Orson Welles really enjoyed being a badass! He shows his talent once more by playing with shadows and long takes here again. That opening long take is beautiful. The multiple twist at the end is fascinating.
Charlton Heston is good at playing good guys. But being a Mexican? Hmmm....A good film noir as a whole.
