Review of Torn Curtain (1966) by Stephen C — 23 Nov 2009
Alfred Hitchcock's "Torn Curtain" is, very evidently, a film of his later years. And films in that category of his life are just...okay. You can tell that the directing is almost being phoned in.
Though, some of the sequences are well executed in this...I don't think it was a great script. And the acting is a bit wooden. The soundtrack is, at times, a bit too whimsical.
