Good narrative on how fixed thinking, bureaucracy and over-confidence led to the destruction at Pearl. So many of the stories of the time are in there; the radar operators not knowing what they saw, the cook manning the ack-ack gun, the mini submarine trailing the ship, etc.

Unlike "Pearl Harbor", this movie has no heroes and is much better for it.
