Review of Tora! Tora! Tora! (1970) by Mia M — 10 Aug 2017

The movie goes forward almost like a documentary detailing all the very poor choises made by the Americans before the attack on Pearl Harbour. They had so many chances to prepare for the attack, but due to constant mistakes and general lack of interest all the warning signs were ignored. Very sad.

Because the whole occurence is so interesting all the way I am very pleased the movie was not ruined with unnnecessary "human interest" or "romantic subplot" (looking at you, makers of the Pearl Harbour (2001)) or anything alike. It would have only taken away from the true tragedy.
