Review of Top Gun (1955) by Taylor N — 13 Sep 2015
I love this movie. Cruise is magnetic, and yeah it's a little cheesy, but the script is so fast paced and entertaining. I feel like this is a mass popcorn blockbuster at its highest form. Of course the dogfights are stunning, and with the settings-the orange sunsets and the ocean expanses, the runways with the jets taking off-it becomes beautiful to watch.
The romance is killer too-they have such good chemistry. And the music is epic.
