TIFF 2016 Film #2.
While Toni Erdmann wasn't quite my cup of tea, there were still several moments that I enjoyed. The problem is those moments came few and far between. With such a long run-time there were far too many instances where the film went on a dry spell, which took me completely out of it. When the bizarre things aren't happening I found it to be very uninteresting.
