Review of Toni Erdmann (2016) by Stefano C — 06 Oct 2018
Finally a long movie that deserve its length, and not just because the director could play at "let's being artsy". I found this film very beautiful and powerful. It portray the relationship between a father and a daughter in a way that is both absurd and realistic at the same time.
At every corner you will crash against questions about right and wrong, morality, life... but do not worry, just like life itself, you will not be given any answers. Just a reminder that nothing is black or white.
4 full stars almost touching the 4 and 1/2.
