Review of Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) by Sarah C — 23 Mar 2009
Not one of the better outings. Some absolutely awful lines, most from Samantha Bond, and thank god they cut most of Teri Hatcher's scenes. Desperate Housewives yay, 007 nay. Götz Otto adds to the film's overawfullness with his sensitive portrayal of the ubiquitous teutonic bodyguard/psychopathic henchman.
On a crapola scale from last night's kebab to All-bran, I'd say it's a curry, but not a vindaloo.
