Not exactly a masterpiece but it certainly delivers what promised witch such a premise. The gore is truly outrageous, upsetting and mildly entertaining at the same time. I can imagine Cronenberg on his pajamas watching it with some modest satisfaction on a sunday morning.
Do not take it seriously, just lay back.
