In allot of ways this movie is pretty cheesy and horrible, but in other ways freaking great! It's nice seeing a throw back to amoral cop movie, where arresting officers have a blatant disregard for the law, ethics, rules and regulation, the endangerment of civilians, authority, their CIs.
None of that liberal-PC bullshit in this film. Just blinding, self-centered blood lust to get the man who killed your partner. It's Classic. Verdict: Awesome! Did I mention this movie has tons of gratuitous nudity!
