Review of To End All Wars (2001) by Steve L — 02 Oct 2007
One of the most powerful anti-war movies I have ever seen. Also next to saving Private Ryan, one of the most emotional for me. The score is hauntingly fitting for the backdrop of a Japanese prision camp.
The characters are convincing in their suffering and survival, and the themes of love, forgivess and ultimately the love Christ models for us..can be modeled yes...even to our worst of enemies is clearly shown in this movie.
Everyone should see this movie at least once.
