Review of Tideland (2005) by Riina K — 11 Mar 2008
[color=red]This is a disturbing film but not at all unwatchable. This movie is a truly amazing Gilliam masterpiece based off of an equally (if not more) terrifying novel Tideland is a real sense of fantasy and adventure brought forth in a truly terrifying world.
The acting is all top-notch and the actors and actresses really have the emotions in thier roles (Jodelle Ferland and the girl who plays Dell especially). The freakish scary quality of this film really is quite hardcore and some people may be turneds off by the horror that they will witness watching this movie.
All in All disturbing but great.[/color].
