Review of Thunderball (1965) by Hugh J — 03 Nov 2015

I definitely liked this better the second time. Claudine Auger and Luciana Paluzzi are friggin' gorgeous and both kick a little ass as well. Bond has some great lines in this and I actually laughed at a bunch of his quips.

I'm not a fan of the extended underwater sequences although they are good, just not my thing. Nothing overtly cheesy although Largo falling on the steering wheel at the end and Bond saying that he's "jammed the controls" had me laughing for a bit.

Also, I didn't like the random flunky who released Domino. Just didn't seem well thought out. Still, very enjoyable.
