Review of Things to Come (1936) by Martyn I — 26 Aug 2007
Rather an odd, disjointed storyline, with a few confusing 'jumps' in characterisation. However, consider this: the story talks of a war beginning in 1940, with London being bombed. It later progresses on to Man reaching the moon.
NB - this film was made in 1936 (so the book was written even earlier!)!!!
