Review of Thief (1981) by Michael B — 13 Sep 2009
You gotta love a Michael Mann script, the way the story unfolds, and the depth of street realism that is given it at every turn. The great music adds suspense and rhythm. James Caan and surprisingly, James Belushi deliver excellent performances.
And we're left pretty satisfied by film's end in terms of the badass factor being fulfilled.
