Happened to give this a re-watch on cable this afternoon, just to see how it holds up.

I think that this fun, guilty pleasure film from my youth acquits itself pretty well, it has some corny bits, but it was made in the '80s - the film is going to suffer a bit from the clothing styles and visual aesthetics of the time, it's inescapable.

"I've come here to chew bubble-gum and kick ass...".

Awesome.
