Review of Then She Found Me (2007) by Courtney K — 18 Jul 2008
It was at times self-consciously trying to be arty, but other than that, not too bad. I'm not a big fan of Helen Hunt, though. I love Colin Firth, so it was nice watching him. I don't like Matthew Broderick (does it sound like he always has a cold to anyone else? I can't stand that), but he was decent.
Bette Midler gave an enjoyable performance. The sound was too loud in parts, though. I really don't care to hear Ferris Bueller's heavy breathing during a make-out scene.
