Review of Thelma & Louise (1991) by Marcus W — 19 May 2009
The whole female empowerment/two average women finding themselves spiel works great and the two leads are brilliant as is their development, it's everything else that feels chucked in and half-baked.
Eagle-eyed Ridley Scott fans will no doubt be able to spot the early potential and therefore, somewhat ironically, this film feels like a rough draft for something better.
