He drinks. He smokes. He beds or attempts to bed a bunch of pretty young women. Oh, and there's something about some bad guys doing some bad stuff or something. Groovy music and goofy humor fill in the gaps.
It's a Matt Helm film. If you've seen the others, you know what to expect.
