Review of The World of Suzie Wong (1960) by Tom M — 19 Apr 2008
This is a 1960 classic romantic movie, filmed in Hong Kong, where a mature American man (William Holden) seeks a second career as a painter. A beautiful and spunky Chinese bar girl (Nancy Kwan) captures his attention and becomes the focus of most of his paintings.
Well shot; lots of great Hong Kong scenes.
