Review of The Wolf Man (1941) by Mannie L — 31 Jul 2008
"Even a man who is pure in heart and says his prayers by night, may become a wolf when the wolfbane blooms and the autumn moon is bright.".
Even today this is known to be one of the best werewolf movies ever made, and I honestly cannot argue with that. The atmosphere is very creepy and subtle. And the cinematography is fantastic! There were tons of great scenes, but the most memorable is the transformation. By far the best werewolf film, and one of the best horror films ever.
