Dude, this movie has pre-Spider-Man Tobey Maguire sporting a mullet, the Power Glove ("I love the Power Glove . . . its' so . . . BAD"), and Super Mario Brothers 3. What more do I have to say? Had to rewatch this again because the only thing I remembered from seeing this long ago was the SMB3 footage.
5 minutes in, I was questioning if I was watching the 'Nintendo Movie' I remember it as. Emotionally troubled kid becomes a video game master, sure. As a bunch of little kids get free rides from truckers and bikers and gamble in casinos.
Eh, still passable if for the few snippets of gaming, C-.
