I see the Wiz as more of a novelty than a film. I say this because the film is rubbish, and it is the only film to combine the Wizard of Oz, Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Richard Pryor and more. The music is good and the acting is mediocre, but it doesn't tell a good story and isn't very memorable.
