An interesting take on a classic. The sets/locations really make the film (as opposed to the Music, which should have); sometimes its hard to tell which are sets and which are actually dressed up locations (like the HUGE dance number at the WTC.
This day in age I'd recommend seeing it as a curiosity and a small trip into NYC's past and not much else.
