Review of The Wind That Shakes the Barley (2006) by Maryan L — 14 Sep 2008
Highly recommended. a historical fiction piece that gives light to a if not lesser known then lesser cared of struggle. the strife between the brothers and the families is brutally honest. the ending sums up the lack of closure of the struggle remarkably well.
