Westerns will never top this, nor do they get any more badass than this. This movie is how you set up a gang of badasses without making them seem like silly caricatures or cliches. Though a bit long and arguably demanding lots of patience, the film is definitely responsible for a lot of action trends today, and while it may seem tame by today's standards, you can't argue back then it was the big deal.
