A truly creepy and atmospheric film. We are frightened, not by jumps or scares, but by the sheer brilliance of the portrayal of all that goes on. The ideals of the fight between Christianity and paganism are interesting and deeply dealt with.
I still haven't gotten my head around all of it yet.
