Review of The White Stripes: Under Great White Northern Lights (2009) by Matthew A — 19 Dec 2010
Two things that I loved about 'Under the Great White Northern Lights:' (1) the film captures the essence of a White Stripes' performance, (2) it takes place in Canada, and (3) it offers a nice blend of shows, interviews, and the colder culture.
White Stripes fans should consider this a top purchase priority, and non-White Stripes fans should check this out--if they're still not impressed by the magic with which Jack White makes his guitars sing, then they should go back to listening to Lady Gaga or whatever other crap it is that people are buying.
