This futuristic tale of the tiawanese porn industry set amidst a severe drought is not for every one.
Minamialistic in its approach to dialogue(reminicent of gus van sants work) but overflowing with unspoken riches of emotional intensity this tai musical simply refuses to behave.Wonderfully filthy and languidly ponderous as well as beautifully made.The musical numbers perfectly filling in the blanks purposly left by the director.
Beware the jaw dropping ending,its as fucked up as it is aesthetically acomplished.
