Review of The Way We Were (1973) by Sheri — 10 Jul 2008
This is a unique movie of two very different people who somehow fall in love and are torn about by the differences that they once admired in each other. The difference here is that though the love continues, the relationship goes beyond repair.
Not the usual chick flick that's for sure. Not a happy ending. But to me it is real and most of all draws on a lot of feelings from the 1970's. In the end, that's what a good movie does.
