Boooring.....
I guess Keanu tried to show that he's capable of doing also other stuff than just playing a good guy. Spader I have never really liked, he's only good on Boston Legal. Tomei, has been, her days are due.
You have seen this movie's plot dozens of times before, nothing new or suprising there. And it even isn't very good....
And what comes to directing, for time to time I felt like watching overlength musicvideo or something.
Don't watch The Watcher, that's my advice.
