It's pretty bad all-around. the story is dumb, the cinematography is horrid, and the acting is absolutely terrible. on the plus side, it's a VERY easy film to make fun of...so, if you've got some quick-witted friends, invite 'em over and have fun ripping the movie apart.
..'cause that's the only way you'll have fun watching this film.
