Review of The Upside of Anger (2005) by Sukanya V — 31 Jan 2008
Though, both emotional and quirky, The Upside of Anger fails to do a balancing act with conviction. While the drama certainly packs in a bunch of Hollywood cliches, it also ranks high on a gritty performance from Joan Allen.
Even so, you don't end up feeling any connection or sympathy for her or any other character in this Mike Binder movie.
